Mission Statement
Georgetown University's Clinical Trials Office (CTO) was established in 2000. Our mission is to provide services to:
- Georgetown researchers, assisting with study start-up and administration.
- Patients and the general public, providing up-to-date information about ongoing clinical studies at Georgetown University Hospital Medical Center (GUMC).
- Sponsors, helping them identify GU investigators for participation in their research.
Clinical Research Network Seminar Series
The Georgetown Clinical Research Network (CRN) Seminar is co-hosted by the Clinical Trials Office on the 4th Thursday of the month beginning @ 12:30 - 2:30 pm in the Warwick Evans Conference Room in Building D. Lunch is served at the meeting. This seminar is open to all individuals interested in clinical research at Georgetown - please attend!
